Pattern: ZephyrStyle Glee
Yarn: Elsbeth Lavold Hempathy, 6 balls in color 021
Needles: US 4 & 2
She’s finished and I really like her. Even though these finer knits take a little more time, they are so much lighter for summer wear. And I couldn’t be more pleased with the color of this yarn.
I did make a few changes to the pattern. I did a few less raglan increases as I didn’t want the sleeves to turn out too big. I then kept increasing at the underarms a few more times. This did create a funny little ‘design element’. Because I kept increasing every other row after separating for the sleeves the sweater has about 1-1/2″ that juts out a bit under the arms. But, the sweater fits well and it is under the arms so I’m not going to worry to much about it
I also added waist shaping, shortened the sweater by a couple of inches, and make the neckline much less deep. I’m really happy with this sweater and look forward to wearing it this summer.
Next up, the Folded Cowl Tee.

this is beautiful and it looks like it fits you perfectly!
Lovely, and what a great green!
Lisa, it looks fabulous on you! And the color is wonderful!
Glee looks super cute on you.
It’s very pretty. You could try starting with the # of sts for the sleeves for the smaller size and the # for the front &/or back for the larger size. Or, add some short rows for the bust to just increase in the front.
Enjoy your lovely sweater!
